SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Shipping and delivery:
Our shoes are handcrafted in Italy. Estimated delivery is 3–4 weeks from the date the order is placed. This timeframe includes handcrafted production and international shipping.
Free worldwide shipping: we offer worldwide free shipping. The price listed includes taxes and duties applied at country of destination.
International shipments: please always select Free Standard Shipment. We will normally use Fedex or DHL to process international shipments.
Verification of billing and shipping address:
For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses do not match, we must verify your shipping address. The reason we do this is to ensure that both you and Jose Real are protected from fraudulent activities. Our Customer Service may email you to verify the order information in case the addresses are different or more details are needed to process your order.
- Cancellations, returns and exchanges:
Please contact us to cancel an order or change any item, or if you need to modify the shipping address. You should receive response within 24h or next business date.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return any item. Return shipping is free within the US. Please contact us to learn about international order returns.
To return all or part of your purchase, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label, or click on the link provided when you received the shipping confirmation email of your order.
All products must be packed in the original unmarked and unaltered packaging including any materials shipped with the product. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality control team. Please note that any items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for credit. Jose Real does not allow returns of worn merchandise. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
