1. Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders may ship from our US facility or directly from Italy depending on the customer’s destination and product availability.

International Orders

International orders are generally shipped via FedEx or DHL.

Free international shipping is included. Import duties and local taxes are also included where applicable.

Customers will see any applicable local taxes before completing payment.

Estimated delivery is 3 to 4 weeks from the date the order is placed. This timeframe includes handcrafted production in Italy when applicable.

Billing and Shipping Address Verification

For fraud prevention purposes, we may need to verify an order when the billing and shipping addresses do not match or when additional information is required.

Our Customer Service team may contact you by email to verify the order information before the order is processed. This helps protect both the customer and Jose Real against fraudulent transactions.

2. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

To cancel an order, change an item, or modify a shipping address, please contact us.

We normally respond within 24 hours or by the next business day.

Free Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return shipping is free for US and international orders.

To return all or part of your purchase, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label. You may also use the return option provided with your shipping confirmation when available.

Returned products must be packed in their original, unmarked and unaltered packaging and include all materials originally shipped with the product.

Returned items are inspected by our quality control team. Items that have been worn, altered, resized, damaged, or returned in improper packaging cannot be accepted.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
